We bring clinical training and lived experience to every session. Our work centers on autism, ADHD, and cultural identity, and on helping you understand how your brain actually works so you can stop fighting it. Most people who find us have spent years being told to try harder. That's not what happens here. Together we can work through anxiety, low self-esteem, work stress, and the kind of pressure that builds when your nervous system is running on empty. We also work with athletes on sports performance, because focus and recovery come from the same place. Whatever brought you in, the goal is the same: less fighting yourself, more living in a way that fits how you're wired.

If you've spent years masking, over-explaining, or fitting into spaces that were never built for you — this is different. I'm a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with an MSW from UC Berkeley. My practice centers neurodivergent adults, LGBTQ+ individuals, people navigating complex cultural identities, and those carrying trauma. I draw from evidence-based approaches and the healing traditions of my Tlingit and Hawaiian heritage. Before private practice, I worked with communities traditional therapy often overlooked — including first responders. You don't need to be fixed here. You need to be understood.

Before opening my private practice, I worked as a first responder, and also in government service and community settings and with diverse populations who often felt overlooked by traditional therapy and support approaches.

What It's Like to Work Together

Sessions are collaborative, strength-focused. Neurodivergent adults: Autism (1) / ADHD aren't problems to solve. We build strategies that work with your brain. I offer trauma and PTSD support, including the toll of chronic high-stress living. I also treat anxiety, depression, and the complexity of navigating identity when the world doesn't make room for you.

Areas of Focus:

Neurodivergence (autism level 1, AuDHD, ADHD)

Trauma / PTSD / First Responder Support

Gender /cultural identity exploration and affirmation

Professional Exec. Function / Workplace Stress

Neurofeedback Training (Myndlift Provider)

What Sessions Look Like in your first session:

We work together to outline your reasons for coming to therapy, see if it's a good match, and plan your journey using the information you provide. We evaluate the type of support you need and find your individual support needs.
