Your mind isn’t broken

it doesn't need to be "fixed".

You run on a unique operating system.

SMC works to bridge clinical science and lived experience to help

individuals and organizations stop fighting their biology

and build environments where their natural wiring thrives.

1.

EMBRACING HOW YOU THINK

Neuroaffirming Therapy for Adults

Tired of systems not designed for your brain?

Swift Mind Care offers neuroaffirming, evidence-based therapy and neurofeedback tailored to your unique nervous system.

Your wiring isn't the problem—learn to master your own operating system.

2.

TRAIN YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM

Neurofeedback is brain-based training that helps your nervous system self-regulate into steadier patterns. Whether seeking improved focus, better sleep, or anxiety relief, our practice helps those feeling stuck in overdrive find their rhythm.

Integrate data with therapy or use it as a standalone tool to support your own executive function and internal neuro-operating system.

3.

EMPOWERING YOUR TEAM

We are committed to helping neurodivergent individuals thrive while systemic barriers remain.

Because traditional environments often cause burnout, we train therapists, educators, and leaders in neuroaffirming care. By expanding this expertise, we are transforming workplaces and therapy settings into safe, supportive spaces where neurodivergent people are understood and celebrated.

A boutique, neuroaffirming practice founded on the  blend of clinical science & lived experience to honor how your unique mind works.

Swift Mind Care is founded by Rachelle Pavao Goldenberg, LCSW, PPSC. An graduate of University of Oregon and UC Berkeley. Neurodivergent individual herself, Rachelle uniquely bridges the gap between rigorous clinical science and lived experience. Her practice centers on supporting adults navigating autism, ADHD, and the complexities of cultural identity, helping clients move from a mindset of struggle to one of self-understanding.

Rachelle’s person-in-environment approach is systemic; she recognizes that your internal experience is deeply connected to your environment, relationships, and community. She works with you to look beyond individual symptoms, addressing the external factors that impact your daily life.

At Swift Mind Care, we believe neurodivergence is not a flaw to be corrected, but a unique way of perceiving and interacting with the world. Our mission is not to help you conform to "typical" expectations, but to empower you to build a life that honors how your mind actually works—leaning into your strengths while providing genuine support for your challenges.
